How account information is handled.
An overview of the data used to provide Zenvest's current account functionality.
Information collected
Registration may collect your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; email verification and reset links use time-limited tokens, whose hashes are stored. Account activity and technical request data may also be processed for security and operations.
Purposes
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify email ownership, provide account access, send transactional messages, maintain records and respond to abuse and operational incidents.
Infrastructure and recipients
Account records are stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. Zenvest uses Vercel for the web application and integrates transactional email delivery with Resend when configured. Applicable third-party privacy terms may govern their own processing.
Retention, rights and contact
Retention, data subject access, correction and erasure requests, applicable international transfers, and the responsible legal entity's contact details require publication of finalized operator information and an approved privacy policy. Until those details are published, do not submit sensitive identity or financial records through public forms.
Security
Reasonable technical protections are used, but no online system can guarantee perfect security. Never share passwords or recovery links. Investment funding is not available through this website.
